About Us
Welcome to the Whittier High School Alumni Association and Educational Foundation.
WHSAAEF is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1999 by a group of founding alumni who wanted to provide for and continue the historic legacy of Whittier High School. The goals also were to provide monies for WHS students for programs in career, job and enrichment experiences and preparation for college.
Today WHSAAEF is over 1,200 strong and we’re looking for this, our 120th Anniversary to grow that number even bigger. At WHS, bonds don’t end with graduation … “Once a Cardinal – Always a Cardinal”, and we invite you to stay connected.
On this website, you can be an active and engaged member of the community, stay in touch and reconnect with your classmates, and keep up to date about alumni events.
The Association is funded entirely by the dues and donations of our members and alumni. Through their generous support, we are able to to help support Whittier High School's current students in a variety of ways.
Whittier High's Wurlitzer Organ is a historic theater organ located in the Art Deco Vic Lopez Auditorium, at 6701 Whittier Avenue, Whittier, CA, 90601. It is one of a small number of theater organs located in Southern California or Los Angeles County.
